My name is Caitykim and I have a passion for telling stories through Art & Animation

I have been drawing since way before I can remember

from colouring in books, to creating my own comics and stories based off Betty n Veronica comics, Shoujo Manga, Disney movies and shows such as WINX and W.I.T.C.H

I remember being 9 or 10 years old, renting a Disney’s Aladdin VHS and falling head over heals for animation and storytelling.

I believe in miracles, I believe in fairy tales and I believe in dreams coming true. I love how an image, an artistic piece and animation can depict so much depth and emotion, it can tell a story without even projecting a single sound.

CaityKim Studios is a place where dreams come to life, where imagination is bubbling over, and a desire to tell stories which inspire and give people hope come together.

Academic
I studied at Balgravia school of art from 2007-2011 where I studied traditional art as well as art Theory.
II have a Digital Design degree from Curtain university: 2012-2016
